These minutes record the proceedings of the Executive Committee of the African Divine Church during the year 2024. The Executive Committee — comprising the Archbishop, a small number of bishops, the heads of major departments, and key administrative staff — meets monthly to handle the day-to-day oversight of the church's affairs.
During 2024, the Executive Committee handled matters including staff appointments and remuneration, procurement and contracts, routine financial management, legal and compliance matters, the coordination of events and conferences, and the implementation of decisions taken by the Council and the AGM. The Committee also served as a point of pastoral support and accountability for the Archbishop.
These minutes are circulated to members of the Executive Committee and are available to other church leaders on request, in keeping with the church's commitment to faithful, transparent, and accountable stewardship.
